So…you’re thinking about being awesome? Not sure whether you’re up to it?

Don’t worry…our simple guide will help you become awesome in six easy steps!

1. Download the P4A Thumbnail to include with your video, and / or the video logo
2. Make a video in which you talk about your favorite charity.  (You can also talk about spoons, puppies, democracy or whatever else you feel like.) We encourage you to make it entertaining as well as informative.
3. Insert the video logo repeated as the last half of your video. So if you talk for two minutes (a good amount of time) put the video logo (with talking, or music, or nothing over it) as the end of your video for a full two minutes (so the video is, in total, four minutes long, with two minutes of JUST THUMBNAIL at the end.) Clone it a bunch of times, or drag it to be a really long two-minute clip. If your video is 3 minutes, make it six, if it’s four, make it eight, if it’s longer than four…edit it down :-). YouTube will then let you select that thumbnail as your third thumbnail choice in your “edit video” options. (see image below.) If you’re a partner, just upload the thumbnail using your partner-power.
4. Save your video and upload it to youtube (But not before the 17th!)
5. Submit your video to the Project for Awesome review board, so we can watch it and send others to view and promote it!
