We are Project Northern Lights -- a non-profit organization that came to life soon after the COVID19 crisis surfaced in Canada. As a group of volunteers with a diverse range of talents and expertise, we are working to create both short and long-term solutions to better the lives of those suffering due to COVID-19. Our focus is on connecting marginalized, remote, and multi-barrier populations to the personal protective equipment (PPE) that they need.

We manufacture and deliver a range of PPE products - including 3D-printed and laser-cut face shields, sewn masks, and gloves - in order to help stop the spread and flatten the curve. In the past few weeks, we have created and distributed upwards of 9,000 face shields to First Nations communities, shelters, long-term care homes, among other types of facilities, and have coordinated the delivery of more than 40,000 total pieces of PPE to people in need across Canada.

Project Northern Lights is working to establish new or strengthen existing volunteer networks and supply chains in Ottawa, Kingston, Montreal, Toronto, Calgary, and Vancouver. Every dollar -- and every vote -- truly makes a difference.
